She built and scaled Great Place to Work's international business across 30+ countries, served as CPO through two strategic acquisitions including the sale to UKG, and co-owned and ran her own restaurant business for seven years, featured on Anthony Bourdain's Parts Unknown.
Her work sits at the place where organizational design meets human judgment, and where the difference between a plan and an outcome is great leadership.
When she is not coaching leaders, she is in her family apple orchard pressing Gravenstein and Goldie apples and thinking about what it means to tend something well.
